At AS Águas, delivering the service does not end the commitment to the client. Each project is carried out with safety, responsibility and transparency.
Well drilling — 5-year construction warranty
An artesian well is a long-term investment. AS Águas offers a 5-year warranty on the construction aspects of drilling, within the conditions of the contracted service.
The warranty reinforces execution quality, job safety and compliance with the applicable ABNT standards for well construction.
Well maintenance — 90-day warranty
Maintenance services carry a 90-day warranty on the work described in the proposal, counted from delivery of the reports.
During that period the client has technical backing directly related to the services performed and the contracted scope.
Well conditions and water quality
The warranty does not cover pre-existing or external conditions, such as structural problems of the well, collapses, surface infiltration or other events unrelated to the intervention by AS Águas.
Water quality can vary with the aquifer, the soil, the well structure and the system. When needed, we recommend laboratory analyses against the potability parameters of Ordinance GM/MS 888/2021.
